Getting your results
Phoning for your test results
Your doctor may ask you to phone the practice for your test results. The doctor leaves a confidential message in our computer system for our staff to convey to you, and that message is the only information available to the staff member you speak with.
If you need any information beyond that message, we suggest you make a follow-up appointment with your doctor.
Privacy
Who may call for results
Persons 16 years or over must call for their own test results. Due to privacy laws we are unable to give information to other persons without your permission.
