Three steps

Registering with the practice

1

Book your first appointment

Book online, or call reception on 07 5578 2199, to make your first appointment. Tell them you are a new patient, and say if you would like a particular doctor — not every practitioner is taking new patients.

2

Arrive fifteen minutes early

Registration is completed at reception before you see the doctor. Fifteen minutes is enough, and it keeps your appointment on time.

3

Bring your cards and your medicines list

The list below is everything reception will ask for. Having it with you is the difference between a five-minute registration and a rushed one.

The first is the colour measured from your own logo. The others are variations of it — nothing here is a different brand.

Tell us which you prefer and we will set it. Nothing here changes the site for anyone else.
