In an emergency
Ambulance, police or fire. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a suspected stroke, a serious injury or a collapse — call 000 first and do not drive yourself.
When we are closed
After-hours care at home
For an urgent problem that is not an emergency, the National Home Doctor Service (13SICK) sends a doctor to your home after hours, at no cost to you if you hold a Medicare card. They cover the Gold Coast, including Nerang, on weeknights, weekends and public holidays.
They will send us a report of the visit, so whoever you see here next knows what happened.

During opening hours
If the practice is open
Ring us on 07 5578 2199 and tell reception what the problem is. If something needs prompt attention we will make room for it the same day. We are open seven days a week, from 7am on weekdays.
Nothing on this website reaches anybody outside opening hours, and reception is not staffed then. If it cannot wait, use the numbers above rather than waiting for the practice to open.
